We're currently working on making this an easier process. For the time being, you'll have to embed videos the old fashioned way. This works for any text field that has a "Show/Hide Editor" button at the top.
If you're a Maker and find all of this either far too technical or time-consuming, please contact us at email@example.com with a link to your YouTube video and where you'd like to embed it and we'll do the heavy lifting for you.
Let's get started:
Navigate to your YouTube video and click the Share button:
Then click the Embed button:
When the dialog shows up, make sure Start at is unchecked and click Copy.
In the editor, click the Show / Hide Editor button.
Buckle up, because you're about to edit HTML. (We're working on making this easier! We promise.)
Navigate to the very end of the code, hit enter once or twice, and Ctrl/Cmd-V or Right Click and paste the copied embed code into your description.
Click the Show / Hide Editor button again and voila! your video should be visible on the page.
