Customers will have questions. (They always do.) Responding to them efficiently is, of course, super important to your business. Whenever you get a question, you'll automatically get an email in your inbox with the question, but you'll need to sign in to the Maker Portal to answer them.
Under Customer Questions, you'll find a list of answered and unanswered questions. Any questions that list "No" under the "Is Replied" column have yet to be answered.
You can view message details by clicking on the Customer Name column. (We know, not super intuitive.) Simply answer the question, Save, and your customer will receive a reply in their inbox. If the customer needs further help, you'll receive a new question to answer rather than continuing the same thread.
